Partnership research and development is a key element of our business model. The benefit is that this develops a deeper working relationship with clients as well as building on Evergreen’s industry expertise and reputation within the UK and Ireland water industry. 

The deployment of pilot plants gives the customer the opportunity to “try before you buy”. It allows for plant operations to get a better understanding of the technology and gain operator experience process design during the pilot stage. On site pilot studies also gives the client confidence in the technology they are testing and achieve a sample of the process benefits. 

Our pilot plants are supplied either skid mounted or ISO containerized plant. The pilot plants can be installed temporarily, along with required ancillaries for ‘Plug-and Play’ trial purposes. Our containerized pilot solutions resolve many client concerns regarding installation, site access, site footprint, logistics, and process disruption.

Once the trial plant is installed on site, our in-house team of process scientist and project engineers will commission, process optimise and monitor the installation in-situ. As operational and sampling data is collected and analysed, our engineers strive for continuous improvements by sharing and collaborating on the realised data to accurately prove the technology and its suitability for each client’s needs.
